Returns / Exchanges

 
 

What is your online return / exchange policy? 
For online orders, we accept items in new condition with original tags attached for either a full refund or an exchange. You will only need to pay for the return shipping to us. We also offer returns and exchanges for our international customers!

You have 14 days from the ship date to have your returned your item (all we need is the tracking number within the 14 days).

We know YOU are a super responsible sustainable beauty but please note that Bondi Legs monitors returns to identify abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service.

What if my return / exchange is late? 
All returns / exchanges should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. If you are running late just email us on breige@bondilegs.com we try to be as flexible as we can.

What if I just need to exchange something for a different size or color? 
Easy. Email us on breige@bondilegs.com and let us know what size you would like. We will put it aside for you and wait for your item to be returned to send you the new size or colour.

Keep in mind that our leggings should be tight to get on. But once on they will are oh so comfy!

If I returned my item when will I get my refund? 
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

How do I return / exchange an order? 
Email us on breige@bondilegs.com

Then, please:

  1. Put anything you don’t want in a mailer and send to Bondi Legs (our address will be emailed to you).

  2. We recommend you send back via Australia post with a tracked sachet. Email the tracking number to breige@bondilegs.com. Once we receive your email we will await your parcel to refund you.

* Please note we cannot refund a lost return so it is important that you get a tracking number
